Isso acontece pra quem não tem ep1 ou os outros jogos source novos, deve ter sido alguma atualização na engine, pra concerta, cria um atalho pro source sdk e depois vai em propriedades do atalho, onde tiver escrito destino, vc adiciona -engine ep1 então vai ficar +- assim:

"C:\Arquivos de programas\Valve\Steam\Steam.exe" -applaunch 211 -engine ep1
